CTMI repairs and redesigns gear reducers and increasers and is certified by the American Gear Manufacturer's Association. We evaluate maintenance programs, provide field consulting and troubleshoot mixer units, turbine drives, cooling towers, wastewater plants, paper machinery, and marine/shipyard units.

All gearboxes are forwarded to our facility for immediate inspection and evaluation. Gearbox refurbishment includes the examination, repair, and/or replacement of seals, bearings, shafts, gears, etc. The outer housing is also inspected for cracks and repaired; then sandblasted, and painted to your specifications. Each gearbox is inspected by quality control and the load factor tested for proper application. Upon approval, our CTMI serial number is stamped on the outer housing for repair service verification.
